All our Yam Paste are freshly made every day. They are usually sold-out everyday on or before our closing time. We DO NOT make extra to be kept for resale the next day unlike other vendors who made them once or twice a week. All unsold goods are discarded.

No lard or other animal fats is used.

Most of our customers find our Yam paste's sweetness level to be just nice or slightly below average.

No artificial flavouring, sweetener or preservation is used.
